Online Planning Appraisal
Whether you have an existing site or are looking to purchase one, an online planning appraisal offers a low cost evaluation of a sites potential. A review of the sites planning history and local planning policies, whilst considering other issues such as access and environmental factors, is a cost effective way of getting an initial gauge of both a sites potential and possible future issues.
This allows a client to make a discreet but informed decision without the costs of a full planning application.
Planning Submissions
After a site assessment, which can be done entirely online with the use of photos and videos provided by the client or in person depending on location, Country & Equine Planning can source, write and submit everything needed for an application to be validated and then considered by the local council.
Country & Equine Planning can provide input into the layout and design of a project in order to meet the clients needs whilst working with existing buildings and site topography.
A Design and Access Statement will be produced highlighting relevant parts of the local plan that support an application, and other professionals will be sourced as needed for specialised reports (i.e. ecology or flood mitigation) and architectural drawings. The support and work does not stop at submission but will continue through communication with both the client and the local councils throughout the determination process. By answering queries from all parties quickly, professionally and efficiently, responding to public and consultee comments as needed, and engaging with the delegated officer, the aim is to streamline and expediate the process as much as possible. This can be followed up as needed with submissions to discharge pre-commencement conditions if needed.
Project Management
Following a successful planning permission Country & Equine Planning can organise a works schedule, engage with Building Control (either private or council), source materials, request and review quotes from contractors for different phases of development and provide ongoing support to the client at whatever level is required.
